Terms & Conditions

General.
> i have the right to deny any commissions that i cannot properly execute
> i aim to finish commissions within the same month they were accepted. but it may take up to 1 month or more to finish depending on my personal life
> updates will include: an initial sketch update, a finished sketch update, a color update, update nearing finalisation. after each update, I will expect a response from the client for any adjustment requests. If there are no requests, the client must still reply to let me know I can continue with the piece.
> if you're able to, please provide a visual reference! it's easier to work with, doesn't matter the qualityPayment.
> payment through paypal invoice or VGen (For Singaporeans, paypal/paynow is available)
> prices listed are base prices (though largely standard), and may be subject to increase given the complexity of a character any other requests from the commissioner
> payment must be upfront, will start on artwork when full payment is sent
> no refunds on commissions unless offeredUse.
> You may post as long as you credit me.
> no one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token). my commissioned and pre-existing work, cannot be minted into an NFT by a commissioner nor anyone else.
> i retain all copyright over my work, including (but not limited to) the right to distribute, reproduce, or sell/self-promote using it.
> my art is NOT meant to be used in any sort of AI generator or database, regardless of whether you are the commissioner or not

Alteration Requests.
> sketch may be altered for free
> alterations aside from colors/anything very minor are no longer allowed once the colored sketch is approved and rendering process has begunWILL Draw.
> irl peopls, fictional characters (including original characters)
> characters/people from media I'm not into
> light/stylized gore
> furries/anthro
> complicated environments/backgroundsWON'T Draw.
> Offensive / Discriminatory material
> NSFW & Nudity
> mecha
